The privacy of your data—and it is your data, not ours!—is a big deal to us. In this policy, we lay out: what data we collect and why; how your data is handled; and your rights with respect to your data. We promise we never sell your data: never have, never will.

This policy applies to all products built and maintained by Smart IT Solutions EOOD including With1AI (all versions) and its associated services (together, “With1AI”).

This policy applies to our handling of information about site visitors, prospective customers, and customers and authorized users (in relation to their procurement of the services and management of their relationship with With1AI). We refer collectively to these categories of individuals as “you” throughout this policy.

What we collect and why

Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need. Here’s what that means in practice:

Identity and access

When you sign up for With1AI, we ask for identifying information such as your name, email address, and company name. That’s so you can personalize your new account, and we can send you product updates and other essential information.

Crucially for our service, we also collect OAuth tokens and Integration credentials for platforms like GitHub, Jira, Bitbucket, and GitLab. This is necessary for your AI teammate to read issues, access repositories, and open Pull Requests on your behalf. We securely store these credentials and only use them to perform the actions you authorize.

We’ll never sell your personal information to third parties, and we won’t use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission.

Source Code & Issue Tracker Data

With1AI integrates directly into your engineering workflows. To function as an AI teammate, the system reads context from your linked platforms, including:

• Issue descriptions and comments
• Source code repositories and file contents
• Pull Request diffs and reviews

IMPORTANT: We do NOT use your source code, PRs, or tickets to train foundational AI models.

Shared Memory: We retain context (such as code embeddings or summaries) securely in our databases to provide “Shared Memory” for your team. This means the AI can remember past decisions and context without needing to re-read everything. This data is strictly isolated to your organization and is never shared across different customers.

Billing information

If you sign up for a paid With1AI tier, you will be asked to provide your payment information and billing address. Credit card information is submitted directly to our payment processor, Stripe, and doesn’t hit With1AI servers. We store a record of the payment transaction (including the last 4 digits of the credit card number) for purposes of account history, invoicing, and billing support.

Website interactions

We collect information about your browsing activity for analytics and statistical purposes to improve our landing page. We use privacy-first, cookie-less analytics tools: Simple Analytics and Netlify Analytics. These services help us understand page views and performance without tracking individual users across the web or storing personally identifiable information.

When we access or disclose your information

To provide products or services you’ve requested. We use some third-party subprocessors to help run our applications and provide the services to you.

• Large Language Models (LLMs): To process your requests, analyze code, and generate solutions, we share necessary context (prompts, code snippets, ticket info) with third-party LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. This data is sent via enterprise APIs, which enforce strict zero-retention policies for training data (your data is not used to train their models).
• Cloud Infrastructure: Your AI tasks run in secure cloud environments.

No With1AI human looks at your source code or content except for limited purposes with your express permission, for example, if an error occurs that stops an automated process from working and requires manual intervention to fix a support case.

When required under applicable law. If we are compelled by legal process (such as a valid warrant or court order) to disclose data, we must comply. It is our policy to notify affected users before we disclose data unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

How we secure your data

Isolated VMs for Execution: With1AI executes code and background tasks inside secure, hardware-isolated cloud virtual machines (VMs) that belong to a single organization. A VM may be reused for later tasks of the same organization, but it is never shared with other customers. This keeps each customer’s code and credentials separated and off your local machines.

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser and our third-party integrations. The database backups are also encrypted. In addition, we secure your data at rest using industry-standard encryption practices.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. If you choose to cancel your account, or uninstall our integration from your source control provider, your OAuth tokens and associated cached context will be purged from our active systems.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Location of site and data

Smart IT Solutions EOOD is headquartered in Bulgaria, making us a Data Controller governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our products and infrastructure may rely on servers located in the United States and the EU. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer. When we transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to protect your information.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any new practices. Whenever we make a significant change to our policies, we will refresh the date at the top of this page.
